 Reporting to the owner, and working with an MS SQL Server 2000 DBA, Aaron will function as a Network Systems Engineer including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration of a medium-sized Windows 2000 Server LAN and WAN, Firewalls, Security Protocols, Cisco routers, Nortel/Bay Switches, Active Directory and MS Exchange 2000.

 He will also be responsible for management of software licenses, user training, and maintaining appropriate documentation. In addition, he will analyze future business needs, recommend changes, and evaluate new products.
